General Information

Recognizing achievement: fostering potential
Brandon University offers a variety of scholarships and bursaries each year. Scholarships are awarded to recognize students' achievements and to attract the best students to Brandon University. Bursaries help students with demonstrated financial need to reach their full potential and become Brandon University's best students.

Other organizations and institutions also make awards available to Brandon University students. A starting point for finding out about these possibilities is suggested below.

Conditions
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement. Bursaries are based on financial need, although academic achievement may also be considered. The awarding of an entrance scholarship and/or bursary is contingent upon attendance at Brandon University during the Regular Session. Students will be required to register in 24 credit hours in the 2010-11 Regular Session to retain their scholarship
